Preventive treatment of melanosis in crustaceans

These antimelanosis agents (with and without sulphites) are ideal for the preservative treatment that inhibits melanosis in all types of crustaceans. It does not modify the organoleptic characteristics of the product, it does not release any odor and it does not modify the organoleptic characteristics of the raw material. It also does not release odor and in the case of our sulfite-free solution, it does not contain any allergens.
