PH7 Dalian works in the development of new formulas and solutions to improve the treatment of food products.
Part of PH7 Spain team have been visiting the facilities of its factory in Dalian, a city located on the shores of the Sea of Bohai, at Northeast China. The factory in Dalian is one of the two spaces available to the technological company PH7 Food Technology, together with the production plant located in Cornellà de Llobregat (Barcelona) from where they are investigated, develop and manufacture the most innovative food additives.
From its facilities in China, with a production capacity of up to 1300 TM/year in solid products and 2000 TM/year in the range of liquids, Ph7 Dalian studies, analyzes and recommends all those products focused on the range of crustaceans, cephalopods and fillets of fish. Among the outstanding products we have a wide range of moisturizers for specific squids for each species (Illex, Torars, Heads, with skin), as well as solutions for the fattening of crustaceans (peeled prawn).
